How do I order a custom designed item?

Please contact us by email or phone and we can discuss how we can design your item for you.

Can I order my items online?

We do not offer online ordering since we provide custom solutions. Please call or email us.

Are there minimums on orders?

Depending on the item, we do have minimum orders. Please contact us and we can explain what orders require minimums.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept check or credit card

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Depending on who arranges shipping, the carrier is responsible for damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you must refuse the item, otherwise shipper will consider item delivered as in new condition.

How are items shipped?

Most items are shipped by truck/trailer. For smaller items, we use UPS or USPS for shipments.

Do you have standard or custom equipment?

Both. We look at each customer individually and assess their needs to see if we can use standard equipment or build them custom equipment to help them save on cost and improve productivity

What is your lead time?

In order to give our customer the best quality, cost and service, most of our equipment is custom. Our lead times are 2-10 weeks depending on the item, size of project and shipping distance. Please call us for specific timelines on your products.
